All projects funded by Measure C are subject to independent citizen oversight. The District has remained committed to transparency during the completion of these projects and wants to demonstrate to the community that facilities improvement funds are being spent properly. The Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee has verified that all funds have been spent as voters intended.
