Are you ready for your close-up? The Visual and Commercial Art/Digital Photography pathway provides students with a hands-on approach to learning the aesthetics and fundamentals of digital photography. Students are expected to demonstrate commitment to expressive inquiry and take responsibility for their development as artists. This pathway provides a snapshot of industry-standard photography practices including photo editing (Adobe Creative Cloud), lighting, publishing work, directing photo shoots, and exhibiting work at local galleries. This pathway prepares students to succeed in a wide range of careers – in the industry, the arts and higher education.
