Mr. Rivas is thrilled to be a part of the ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ as an educator.  His journey began right here in Fontana, where he had the privilege of attending Oleander Elementary, FoJay, and AB Miller High School.  These formative years instilled in him a deep sense of connection to this community, and he knows from a young age that he wanted to return to Fontana to give back to the place that raised him.

After graduating from AB Miller, he embarked on an educational adventure that took him from Chaffey College to the University of Pikeville in Kentucky, ultimately leading to his degree in History with an emphasis on Secondary Education from Cal Poly Pomona. Along the way, He had the opportunity to experience diverse perspectives and teaching styles that have enriched his own approach to education. Today, as a teacher, he is committed to nurturing the minds of our future generations, just as this community once nurtured his. Outside of the classroom, he cherishes the love and support of his family, which fuels his passion for creating a positive and inspiring learning environment for his students.
