• ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR PRESCHOOL

     
    STEP 1 – PICK-UP OR PRINT-OUT A PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT PACKET.
    Preschool Enrollment Packets are available:
    • At the Enrollment Center (Bldg. A) at the ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Complex.
    • At the Early Childhood Department (Bldg. 16) at the ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ Complex.
    • Or you may print the Preschool Enrollment Packet by clicking on the following link. Please print double-sided.

    STEP 2 – READ AND COMPLETE EACH FORM OF PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT PACKET.

    • Please have the Preschool Enrollment Packet completed prior to your appointment.

    STEP 3 – GATHER THE MANDATORY DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR A PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT.

    STEP 4 – PREENROLL YOU STUDENT AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

    FOR RETURNING FUSD STUDENTS (Students who have already attended a school in FUSD): You do not need to pre-enroll due to our system retaining your student’s basic information.  Please, click the link below to automatically take you to our appointment system to schedule an appointment that works best for your schedule.

    STEP 5 – COMPLETE ENROLLMENT AT ENROLLMENT CENTER.

    Appointments are held at the Enrollment Center 9548 Citrus Ave., Bldg. A., Fontana Ca 92335.  We ask that you show up prepared with all mandatory documents and sign-in at our reception desk at least 10 minutes early for your appointment.  Your appointment may be rescheduled if not all mandatory documents are present at time of enrollment.

    IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION

      • Current 3-year-old preschool students will not need to enroll for 4-year-old preschool for the next school year.  You will have a returners appointment through the Early Childhood Department.  For more information call the Early Childhood Department at (909) 357-5000 ext. 29226.
      • Current 4-year-old preschool students will need to enroll for Kindergarten and/or Transitional Kindergarten (TK) for the next school year and may begin enrolling the first week of February.
