• 2023-2024 After School Program Registration:

    Registration to enroll in the after school program will be processed by the Boys & Girls Club of Fontana and the City of Fontana as listed below. Please note that enrollment is contingent upon the completion of a parent orientation and required registration forms as provided by each organization. 

    DHIA, Tokay Elementary, Almeria MS, and Southridge MS only:

    • Registration:
      • Open registration for all students in Kindergarten through eighth grade now open.

      • Online applications are currently not available. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, you may print the application HERE and submit a paper copy with the program Site Lead at your School or at
