      What is ELAC?

      The English language Advisory Committee (ELAC) advises the principal and the School Site Council on programs and services for English Learners. Attendance, state testing, and reclassifications are some of the topics discussed.  Meetings are scheduled 4 times throughout the year.  Parents are encouraged to attend to support their child's education.

       ¿Qué es ELAC?

      El Comité Asesor del Idioma Inglés (ELAC) asesora al director y al Consejo del Plantel Escolar sobre programas y servicios para los estudiantes de inglés. La asistencia, las pruebas estatales y las reclasificaciones son algunos de los temas tratados. Las reuniones están programadas 4 veces durante el año. Se anima a los padres a asistir para apoyar la educación de sus hijos.

       

      Student Cite Council

      What is Student Cite Council?

      The School Site Council (SSC) is required, under state law, to serve as the school community representative body for determining the focus of the school’s academic program and all related categorical resources. The School Site Council’s primary responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating the academic achievement of all students in the school and developing, approving, and monitoring the school plan and all related proposed expenditures.
