Athletic Clearance

In order to participate in any athletic team at Kaiser High School, students must complete and pass a physical examination each year.

All prospective Kaiser athletes can do a few things to get themselves prepared for their athletic season:

1. Sign up online @ to create a clearance for each sport you are interested in. 
   • Instructions for homecampus (athletic clearance)
2. Make an appointment with a physician (chiropractors not permitted) for a sports physical.
