    Mission Statement  

     

    Our mission at Kaiser High School Library is to support and assist students in meeting 21st-century skills to be successful in both the educational and work settings.  

    • We provide a diverse environment made up of databases, multimedia resources, and a knowledgeable library staff.
    • We incorporate and apply the California School Library Standards into the content curriculum taught in the classrooms.
    • We teach students how to use technology responsibly, and apply essential information literacy skills to be lifelong learners.

  • The Kaiser High School Library is a joint-use facility that is shared with the San Bernardino County Library. Students must have a San Bernardino County Library card to check out resources that are not part of our school library.

Announcements

    • FUSD Book Battles- Are you ready to join the fun and prove your literary skills? Participate in the 2024-2025 FUSD Book Battles! Stop by the library for a book tasting and explore the Book Battle books. Students form their own teams and compete at the site level, earning Paw Points for participation. The winning team will advance to battle other high schools in the district and earn a trophy to show off!
    • Need help with research, citing sources, or finding something to read? Stop by the library to see Mrs. Jones.
